Simply Amazing! Moved my Mom in 3 weeks ago and that experience has been amazing. She is so much happier since she has become friends with other ladies who live there, meals are prepared for her 3 times a day (7 days a week), she no longer has to worry about maintaining her home and so much more. This change has been perfect for her.

If you are looking into Assisted Living or Memory Care for someone, do yourself a HUGE favor and stop in for a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Beach House is the best place for memory care assisted living in the Land-O-Lakes / Wesley Chapel area!

Unfortunately, there can be a waiting list to get in, but it is well worth the wait! I would recommend them to any family who truly cares about their parent’s happiness and well-being.

We toured the five main memory care facilities in the area and ended up putting our mom at our second choice which had a little higher rating then Beach House due to availability. This ended up being a disaster. The place was militant and abusive and we could not get our mother out of their fast enough. She would cry every time we visited her and looked sleep deprived and exhausted. The staff never even took the time to learn her name. Then, we got a call from Beach House several days before we planned on moving our mom back home with us. It was a God send. Bonnie, the Executive Director had kept us on the waiting list, even though I let her know that we had moved our mom in elsewhere. They had two rooms come available at the same time. They turned the room around in two days and let us move our mom in on a Sunday straight from the other MC facility. We visited our mom every couple of days and she loved it there. Every resident is treated like family! Even the families are treated like family!

Traci, the Wellness Director knew the urgency of the situation we were in with our mom and made the move quick and seamless. I have never seen an organization so loving, professional, and committed to their mission as Beach House. There are no uncommitted or mediocre employees working there. Everyone from every department, every shift, is truly outstanding, always worked as a team, and became our extended family. They provided her more love, better care, and independence than we could when she lived at home with us!

Our mom’s room had commercial carpet in it which made it feel more like a home, than the vinyl flooring all of the competitors had which gave their rooms more of a cold hospital feel.

Carla, the Director of Memory Care makes sure the memory care residents are well taken care of and spoiled! She takes them on field trips, restaurant outings, and has beauty days for the ladies. Our mom was always well dressed, well groomed, had her chin hairs plucked and her nails painted. LOL. The MC residents have the freedom and independence to join in the numerous activities, sit outside, or just roam around their area and visit friends. They have an enormous amount of freedom and choices to do what they want on any given day. Our mom was content in her new home and never once complained or mentioned about returning to her prior home of 60 years which was daily when she lived with us.

Some of the memory care residents living here have been here for years, others for months. Our mom ended up being here for a short while since she was already on hospice care when she arrived. We had the blessing of watching the staff routinely care for our mom and provide her with such happiness for two good weeks until she had a severe stroke. We were afraid they would kick her out and make us move her to a nursing home. They did not, instead they ramped up the love and care and shared the grief with us as our mom spent her final week passing from this world.

Our family is eternally grateful for all of Beach House staff, each and every one of them, care givers, food service, housekeeping, and even the building maintenance staff who made this place a loving home for our mom and our family during this time. Should the time come when I need to be placed in assisted living or memory care, I hope this place is still around. I could live my final days here with dignity and happiness for sure.

Beautiful facility in Wesley Chapel, FL. It is very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and caring.

I can not say enough amazing things about BeachHouse. We toured several facilities and moved our parents to BH from another reputable facility because they were not keeping up with the care that they required to implement and my mom was declining quicker and was becoming depressed. We did not have the ease of mind that they were well taken care of and spent most our time when visiting them following up on common things instead of spending quality time with them. The facility at BeachHouse is beautiful and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly and go above and beyond and do it with such love and care. Gabriella (the Director of Community Relations) wears like 50 hats and is always walking around and talking to the residents as do all the people in the management team which was not the case at their other facility. Many closed office doors. And communication (which is so important) is unbelievable. The food is extremely good. I would never had eaten at the other facility and now my kids go to eat with my parents as well. My parents were often stuck in their apartment at the other faculty because my dad didn’t want to leave my mom (who has dementia) and the staff at BH make sure to get my mom for events so my dad can go to things that interest him. (He is still independent). My parents have 7 children so we all took a lot of time checking off all the boxes and making sure we found a great faculty so rest assured a lot of homework was put into making this decision.

For the first time in a long time my mom can go to bed at night and not have to worry about my dad and the care which he is provided. For the first time my dad has never mentioned, " When can I come home". That speaks volumes for Beach House and the staff. My dad and I attended happy hour today, we had a beer and listened to Christmas music being played and as a father and son I couldn't be more happy.

Beautiful community with amazing staff! Bonnie and Tracie are fabulous! The residents seem very happy and active.

Our mom has lived at the Beach House for 6 months now. We are grateful for the level of care and support to her and to us. It is never easy when looking for a community for your loved ones to live their final years. I looked at many local assisted living communities in the Tampa Bay Area and from the time we walked in, this community was far above expectations. There are activities if they want to participate, meals are pretty good. What impressed me the most was the happiness and contentment on the faces of residents, we had many say hello and every staff member greeted us like family. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and care that our mom gets daily. The entire staff work together like a well oiled machine. You may visit other communities but please for your loved ones, visit the Beach House at Wiregrass.

The caring and loving staff is matched only by the lovely, gentle people that reside in this beautiful place. My husband receives the most attentive care in the safe environment of the memory unit. He is a happy fellow. 💕

We chose Beach House Assisted Living & Memory Care first because of convenience (we live within seven miles of it, so the accessibility is very good). The staff is very good, the cleanliness is good, and the staff is impeccably clean. The food is good there too. There are multiple kinds of entertainment whether it’s musical, movies, activities, or exercise. There’s a beauty parlor and a nail salon there. They have a nurse available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Everything that she would need would be there and everything was very good there.

Clean and new

We have found that my mother is very well taken care of. While she is always clean and well-groomed, Beach Home is always clean and smells pleasant enough. After losing my father, it was a difficult decision to place Mom into an Assisted Living home. My family has no complaints. The nursing and management have been open and honest. Mother seems to enjoy the food and they have an experienced Chef and manager. Chef Glenn is always pleasant and cheerful and is proven to get a smile from Mom. My wife stayed at the Beach House the last month of her life. I am very thankful to the management and the staff who provided comfort and love to Rita during this difficult time. The nurses and nurses aides truly showed compassion. In addition, the facility itself is very modern and offers many amenities. I had the opportunity to meet other guests, singles and couples, who have been there for some time and really feel at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone who requires assisted living.
